Blue Corn Chile Relleno & Chicken Enchilada $10.95

Cheese stuffed poblano pepper with Blue corn crust. The Blue corn crust added both flavor and a nice alternative  texture compared to the usual egg-battered (and sometimes tasteless) version. The chili was medium sized but very tasty and was stuffed with a generous portion of cheese.  A shredded pork enchilada topped with Smoked chile cream sauce accompanied the Relleno alng with black beans and rice.  I give this  very good Chili Relleno 3.5 Stars.
